What Are Refurbished Digital Cameras?

Perhaps they changed their mind and decide it is not the model for them; perhaps it is simply not the color they want; or maybe there is a scratch or dent on it. Many times the camera has been returned because they realize it did not come with all the features they wanted, or maybe it came with more features than they thought was necessary. Sometimes a camera is returned because when the customer received it, the packaging was torn and they were afraid it might have caused some internal damage.
